Specifically, a concept of suite of CAD tools for modeling and synthesizing a recycling infra-structure for waste management systems and solutions development in order to prevent the global waste catastrophe is proposed. It is shown that such solutions help to prevent man-made disasters and will determine the responsibilities of offi-cials and prevent the implementation of corruption scenarios.&lt;/p&gt;

Blockchain can offer security for Electric Vehicle (EV) transactions in the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) concept, allowing electricity trading to be performed in a decentralized, transparent and secure way. Additionally, blockchain provides the necessary functionalities for IoV decentralized application development, such as data exchange, personal digital identity, sharing economy and optimized charging pattern. Moreover, blockchain technology has the potential to significantly increase energy efficiency, decrease management costs and guarantee the effective use of the energy recourses. Therefore, its application in the IoV concept provides secure, autonomous and automated energy trading between EVs. While several studies on blockchain technology in smart grids have been conducted, insufficient attention has been given to conducting a detailed review and state-of-the-art analysis of blockchain application in the IoV domain. To this end, this work provides a systematic literature review of blockchain-based applications in the IoV domain. The aim is to investigate the current challenges of IoV and to highlight how blockchain characteristics can contribute to this emerging paradigm. In addition, limitations and future research directions related to the integration of blockchain technology within the IoV are discussed. To this end, this study incorporates the theoretical foundations of several research articles published in scientific publications over the previous five years, as a method of simplifying our assessment and capturing the ever-expanding blockchain area. We present a comprehensive taxonomy of blockchain-enabled applications in the IoV domain, such as privacy and security, data protection and management, vehicle management, charging optimization and P2P energy trading, based on a structured, systematic review and content analysis of the discovered literature, and we identify key trends and emerging areas for research. Decentralized management of these new market participants is challenging in terms of market settlement, participant reputation and consideration of grid constraints. This paper proposes a blockchain-enabled framework for P2P energy trading among producer and consumer agents in a smart grid. A fully decentralized market settlement mechanism is designed, which does not rely on a centralized entity to settle the market and encourages producers and consumers to negotiate on energy trading with their nearby agents truthfully. To this end, the electrical distance of agents is considered in the pricing mechanism to encourage agents to trade with their neighboring agents. In addition, a reputation factor is considered for each agent, reﬂecting its past performance in delivering the committed energy. Before starting the negotiation, agents select their trading partners based on their preferences over the reputation and proximity of the trading partners. An Anonymous Proof of Location (A-PoL) algorithm is proposed that allows agents to prove their location without revealing their real identity. Within a supply chain, insufficient capacity gradually leads to deteriorating delivery performance, and as a consequence, lowers revenue and market share. However, supply chain capacity expansion decisions are rather complex, and what should be taken into account includes not only the resources requirements but also the structure of the chain with its three main flows: goods, information and financial flows. Furthermore, for financial reasons, usually only limited investments can be made to expand capacities of a supply chain at one time. Therefore, it is critical to systemically address this decision by identifying the main (and mostly inter-dependent) factors affecting such a decision. This research proposes an approach to combine system dynamics loops and control theory simulations to thereby study and analyze the impacts of various factors on capacity expansion strategies within a supply chain. In order to identify those factors that play a key role in supply chain capacity expansion decisions, a set of control theory simulation experiments are designed. The study shows that financial reporting delays can distract capacity expansion decisions, which signifies that they are as important as delivery lead time and can position a supply chain in distress by creating huge backlogs. It also shows that placing too much emphasis on sales force effectiveness (accurate forecasting) speeds up the reaction to demand changes and concludes that a balanced policy is desirable.&lt;/p&gt;

Показаны способы вычисления полного решения ДАСУ для систем с индексом больше 1. Описан феномен сверхжесткости ДАСУ и его свойства. Показано, что при разложении в ряд Тейлора (временной ряд) сложных сигналов, не имеющих простых изображений по Лапласу, возникают катастрофические вычислительные шумы при применении обратного преобразования Лапласа. Предложено специальное преобразование времени, позволяющее преобразовать ряд Тейлора в ряд экспонент с кратным вещественным показателем.
